My recipes are inspired by my upbringing in Pakistan. My resourceful cuisine is an ode to the fresh seasonal ingredients that made me fall in love with cooking. I moved to Texas as a teenager and went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America and further developed my culinary expertise with four years at Union Square Hospitality Group, where I held positions at Manhatta and Untitled at The Whitney.
